Question: Is it possible if I change or increase the quantity after placing the order?

Answer: Unfortunately, when the PO is confirmed, we are not able to change or increase the quantity.

But you can place a new order, and we can send the boards together.


Question: Is it possible if I add one board to a previous order?

Answer: Unfortunately, when the PO is confirmed, we are not able to change the order.

Question: How can I place the order? How to place order online? What the steps? Is it ok if I place the order through emails?

Answer: Please visit our website on the page “how to place online?”


Question: How to repeat one order that I ordered before? Do I need upload the Gerber file again?

Answer: There are two ways you can choose.

The first one, you can login in your account, and enter the page “My Order Management”, and select “History Order”. After you find that order in “history order”, you can choose “Reorder”, and confirm the order information, and then click “Quote”. At last, choose the quantity and lead time that you need to place the order.

The second one, you can contact our sales persons, they will arrange for you. 

Import notes: When repeat to order, you do not need upload the Gerber files again. If there is any change in the order, you need place a new order. 


Question: If I offer the single board files and have not offer the panel drawing, but I want to send the boards as panel format, what should I do?

Answer: If so, you can click “Delivery format “and choose “Panel by KingCredie”, our engineers will suggest a suitable panel and confirm with you when quoting. If you have panel requirements, you can click “Panel requirements” to leave message.

Question: If I want to combine the shipping cost for several orders, what should I do?

Answer: If so, you can contact the sales online, they can recalculate and combine the shipping cost for you. But the shipping time will be subject to the longest one of all orders.


Lead Time

Question: How do I calculate the expected lead time for an order?

Answer: Our lead time is counted from the next working day following receipt of payment and confirmation of specification and files. Any orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Question: Can you finish PCBs in a shorter time?

Answer: Yes, we can reduce the lead time if you have an urgent requirement; however, you will be charged rush fees. For standard single-and-double-layer PCBs, the shortest lead time available is 2-6 days. For standard multiple- layer PCBs, the shortest lead time available is 3-8 days. Please email info@kingcredie.com or contact our sales for full details of the lead times and rush fees charged.


Question: What is the lead time for the production of stencils?

Answer: The standard lead time for stencils is 1-2 working days after we have confirmed the stencil file.


Question: I noted the DHL tracking number in your delivery email; however, the tracking information was unavailable on DHL's website. Is the tracking number correct?

Answer: Please kindly check the tracking number at a later time. If the goods have only recently been shipped, the tracking number may not yet exist in DHL's system. If you are unable to track the parcel after 48 hours, please contact us at info@kingcredie.com or contact our sales and we will check the delivery status for you.
