Via-in-Pad in PCB Design Manufacturing

1. Via holes filled by resin

Specification to holes:

i. Via hole size: 0.2-0.4mm ( 0.3mm is preferred ) 

ii. Though via holes

iii. Via holes plugged by resin and copper plating over on top and bottom side.

2.Via holes filled by copper

i. Mechanical  via hole size: 0.15-0.2mm ( 0.2mm is preferred )

ii. Laser blind via holes: 0.10-0.15mm ( 0.1mm is preferred )
