How to Order

You can use the following four methods to purchase the PCB from King Credie, and we assure you that all the customer information and product information is confidential.

You can rest assured to buy PCB from King Credie or ask any questions.

Method One:

Step 1: Login/Register
You register an account on our website, fills in the necessary information like contact, email, phone, etc, so that we can contact you immediately if we have anything need to confirm with you.

Step 2: Click the the service type you want. Example: Rigid PCB
Select and fill in specifications, click the "Calculate" button to continue.

Step 3: Choose the build time and shipping methods.
The price shown here is only the estimated price，final price is subject to our review.

Step 4: Add to Cart

Step 5: Go to your shopping cart, and click the "Upload PCB File" button to upload the file.

When the file is uploaded successfully, the audit status of the order will be changed to "Subject to audit".
We will finish review of your order in 1 hour or less 10 mins 

Step 6:  Select the "Awaiting Payment" menu, check the "Pass, Awaiting Payment" status of the order, and then proceed to checkout.

Step 7:  Checkout

Select a shipping address or add a new address
Choose shipping method

Choose a payment method you prefer.

Step 8:  After the order payment is successful, please wait for confirmation receipt.

Step 9: We will deliver the boards to you within the schedule time, when you received the boards, please confirm receipt in ”My Order”. If you don’t mind, please click “Share”, you can upload some pictures or let us know if any suggestion. Every customer’s advice is a precious experience for us.

Method Two:

You can find “contact us” and pick up an online engineer, and let them know what you need.

Method Three:

You can leave your contact information and demand on the website “Message Page”, our engineer will contact you once we see your message.

Method Four:

You can send an email to info@kingcredie.com and let us know what kind of boards you are going to ask for a quote.

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, West Union or Letter of credit.
1. Bank transfer.
Payment can be made to King Credie by bank transfer to the bank specified at the bottom of your invoice. Please include your invoice number as the transaction reference.
2. PayPal .
We will make an invoice with our PayPal account and PayPal charges included if you request to pay through PayPal. Log on to your PayPal account. Enter our account name which is paypal@kingcredie.com. As well as the amount please enter a reference (either the invoice number or our internal order number)
3. West Union. 
It is very convenient for us to get West Union payment and it is fast. Name and location will be given to you and you tell us money control number after payment.
